Tin tức Diligent “Red Ants” (11/08/2007) Seeing untapped and increasingly high demand for transport in the domestic market, Pham Anh Tuan and a friend decided to establish RedAnt Transport Co., Ltd in 2001 with a motto “Nothing is impossible with RedAnt” Dating back to 10 years or more, if asked "Does your family or your company need relocation service?", one would probably say "No". Vietnamese people then still stuck to the concept that one should settle down in a permanent accommodation rather than move from place to place. Things have been changing. Along with a stormy development growth in urban areas, villas, apartments and office buildings spring up every where. The establishment of numerous private businesses at various scales has led to the sharp increase in the demand for relocation service. For the first time in his management position, Pham Anh Tuan felt the pressure of huge amount of work: staff recruitment, vehicle purchase, meetings with clients... He sometimes felt overloaded. Uninterested in other Vietnamese transporting companies relying on just a few vehicles and stevedores, he endeavored to apply his intensive experience from his previous post at a foreign transport company to set up his own business. He set up professional processes strictly followed international standards in transporting each type of goods. He requires staff to carefully measure and examine goods at Clients' places before working on quotations and contracts. Besides, he buys insurance for Clients' valuable or breakable belongings. In case of loss or damage, his company will give Clients a compensatory payment of 100% value of the lost or damaged goods. Given the sophisticated and thorough process, prices of RedAnt are often higher than those of other companies, making Clients hesitate to use its services at first. Tuan is eager to explain the distinction of his services and prices from other companies' for clients to make decisions. When they understand their benefits and secure from working with Red Ants, most clients are happy to choose his services. Besides, there is an interesting thing about this modest director: he used to be a professional boxer of Vietnam National Boxing Team and was the National Boxing Champion in 1994. He is often called "Tuan Tyson". When he decided to establish RedAnt, he had to give up his boxing career and international championships to concentrate on his business. Now as the leader in the company, he has been used to heavy workload. No matter how busy or difficult the work is, his "worker-ants" have never seen him discouraged. That is the motivation for them to devote themselves to build up a good image of their "ant-hill" in Clients' mind.
